SECTION 1 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed and successfully paid for on our platform are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or reversed. Since we specialize in instant digital goods, once an order is confirmed, it enters our automated delivery process instantly, making cancellations impossible. Please review your cart carefully before completing the checkout.

SECTION 2 – SECURED DELIVERY SYSTEM

To enhance security, ensure transparency, and prevent fraudulent refund claims, we utilize a custom Secured Delivery System for all digital products.

Once a purchase is completed, customers receive an order confirmation email with product details and a “Reveal My Goods” button.
Clicking the button redirects the user to the secure Order Details Page on our website, where they will find the final verification step to reveal the digital asset.
Once clicked, the product key, gift card code, or digital item is displayed. Simultaneously, our system records a cryptographic Proof of Delivery (including account name, exact reveal timestamp, and IP address).
This digital footprint serves as definitive legal and technical proof that the item was successfully received.

If a customer requests a refund before revealing the product, the request will be evaluated. However, once a product key has been revealed, a refund or exchange will strictly not be granted unless the product is proven to be faulty or non-functional.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

Due to the digital and consumable nature of software licenses, gaming credits, and gift cards, all sales are considered final. Returns are only considered under the following strict conditions:

Eligible for Return/Review:

Incorrect Product Delivery: The wrong product was delivered (e.g., a different game or software title than the one ordered), and the key has not been revealed.
Defective Goods: The product key or digital asset is confirmed to be defective, invalid, or already used prior to your purchase.
Unfulfilled Orders: The order was successfully paid for, but we are unable to deliver the product due to unexpected stock limitations.

Not Eligible for Return:

The product key has been successfully revealed and delivered correctly as ordered.
The customer purchased the wrong region, platform, or version of a product and has already revealed the key. (If the wrong region was purchased but the key remains UNREVEALED, please contact support immediately for an exchange).
The product fails to run due to the customer’s device compatibility issues or system requirement failures. It is the customer’s responsibility to review system requirements before purchasing.
The product falls under non-refundable categories once revealed, including but not limited to: CD Keys, Gift Cards, Time Cards, Game Points, Prepaid Cards, and Softpins.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

SHOPEYBD shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or misuse of digital goods after a successful delivery and reveal. Managing the security of the delivered code is solely the customer’s responsibility.

Strict 24-Hour Claim Window: Due to the nature of instant digital products, any claim regarding a faulty, defective, or invalid product key must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the purchase timestamp. Requests made after this 24-hour window will strictly forfeit eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved by our compliance team, it will be initiated from our end within 24 hours. However, depending entirely on the international banking channels, local payment gateways, or your card issuer, the funds may take up to 28 business days to reflect in your original payment account.
Exchanges: If an exchange is approved for an unrevealed wrong purchase or a verified faulty key, we will provide a replacement product of equal value instantly, subject to stock availability.
Discounted Items: Promotional or sale items are non-refundable unless the digital key itself is verified as defective or invalid within the 24-hour window.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Instant & Delayed Delivery: While the majority of our digital goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification, please note that delivery may occasionally take between 24 to 72 hours. This potential delay is usually caused by unforeseen technical challenges, server maintenance, supplier API delays, or additional security and fraud prevention checks. By purchasing, you agree to allow up to 72 hours for order fulfillment during technical anomalies before requesting a cancellation or refund.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide a valid, active email address and accurate account details during checkout. SHOPEYBD cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect account due to user error.
Physical Merchandise (If Applicable): For any physical merchandise or hardware accessories handled by our platform, physical returns must be shipped to our official regional fulfillment center:Address: Abeda Noor Foundation, Choto Bari, Gollai, Chandina, Cumilla-3510, Bangladesh.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CLAIMS

SECTION 7 – GENERAL TERMS

SHOPEYBD reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if any of the above conditions are breached or if we detect fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or exploitation of our systems.

By placing an order on shopeybd.com, you explicitly agree to this Refund & Return Policy and acknowledge that you forfeit the right to a refund once a functional digital product has been revealed to you.

SHOPEYBD reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice to comply with international merchant standards.

যদি কোনো গ্রাহক পণ্য প্রকাশ না করেই রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করেন, তবে তিনি রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য হতে পারেন। তবে, একবার পণ্য প্রকাশিত হলে, কোনো রিফান্ড বা বিনিময় করা হবে না, যদি না পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়।

ডিজিটাল পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে, সমস্ত বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত এবং রিটার্ন সাধারণত গ্রহণ করা হয় না। তবে, শুধুমাত্র নিচের শর্তে রিটার্ন বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে:

রিটার্নের জন্য যোগ্য:

ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়েছে (অর্ডার করা পণ্য নয়)।
পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা অকার্যকর (যেমন, একটি অবৈধ বা ইতিমধ্যেই ব্যবহৃত কী)।
পণ্যটি যদি নির্দিষ্ট রিটার্ন নীতিমালার আওতায় পড়ে, যা পণ্যের পৃষ্ঠায় উল্লেখিত থাকে।

রিটার্নের জন্য অযোগ্য:

পণ্যটি সফলভাবে প্রকাশিত এবং সঠিকভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হয়েছে।
গ্রাহক পণ্যের ভুল অঞ্চল/সংস্করণ কিনেছেন এবং এটি সক্রিয় করতে পারছেন না।
পণ্যটি একটি ডিসকাউন্ট/সেল আইটেম (সব ডিসকাউন্ট করা আইটেম চূড়ান্ত বিক্রয়)।
পণ্যটি এমন কিছু অযোগ্য শ্রেণির মধ্যে পড়ে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:
সিডি কী, গিফট কার্ড, টাইম কার্ড, এক্সপ্যানশন, গেম পয়েন্ট, প্রি-পেইড কার্ড, ট্রায়াল/বিটা/আইটেম কোড, গেম কী, সফটপিন, এবং ডিসকাউন্ট করা আইটেম।

সেকশন ৪ – রিফান্ড এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ

SHOPEYBD ডিজিটাল পণ্য সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পরে হারানো বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়ার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। ডিজিটাল পণ্য হারানো বা অপব্যবহারের ফলে যে কোনো ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতিপূরণের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী গ্রাহক।

রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে যদি পণ্য উপরের যোগ্যতার শর্তগুলি পূরণ করে।

রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য যোগ্য:

ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়েছে।
পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা অকার্যকর (আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম দ্বারা যাচাই করতে হবে)।

রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য অযোগ্য:

পণ্যটি সফলভাবে প্রকাশিত এবং সঠিকভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হয়েছে।
গ্রাহক পণ্যের ভুল অঞ্চল/সংস্করণ কিনেছেন এবং এটি সক্রিয় করতে পারছেন না।
পণ্যটি একটি ডিসকাউন্ট/সেল আইটেম (সব ডিসকাউন্ট করা আইটেম চূড়ান্ত বিক্রয়)।
জালিয়াতি রিফান্ড দাবিগুলো (পণ্য ব্যবহারের পর রিফান্ড দাবি করা)।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটস:

যদি রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হয়, তবে এটি ৭-১৪ ব্যবসায়িক দিনের মধ্যে মূল অর্থপ্রদান পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
যদি এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুমোদিত হয়, তবে আমরা সমমূল্যের একটি প্রতিস্থাপন পণ্য প্রদান করব।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ডিজিটাল পণ্যের জন্য রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের অনুরোধ ১ মাসের মধ্যে জমা দিতে হবে। অন্যথায়, রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের অনুরোধ বাতিল করা হবে।
